Our Professional Pop Top Installation Process
One of the biggest concerns van owners have is cutting into their roof. We understand that. That’s why our process is streamlined, tested, and proven.
Once you drop off your van:
- The roof is prepped and cut shortly after check-in (we always measure twice).
- The electric lift mechanism is hoisted into place using a fixed crane in our dedicated top installation department.
- The pop top and canvas are fitted and sealed.
- The van undergoes a full exterior water test to ensure zero leaks.
- Interior trims and the optional bed platform are installed.
- The van receives a second wash and water test before delivery.
Every installation is completed within 2–3 days, depending on your van model and selected options.
Our goal: a watertight, factory-quality finish that’s ready for any climate.
